Should I leave my budgies inside the house or outside?

My budgies seem to like it outside, but I read somewhere that they should not be near a garden. Why? and if I plan on training my budgies, will it be unsafe to do it inside or out?

The best way to train your Budgie is indoors, with the wings clipped to prevent injuries when they try to fly away from you. Its ok to take them outside when the weather is permissive. Don’t take them outside when its too hot, too cold, or raining. I suppose the garden tip is to keep them away from plants that could be harmful. Also, if you plan to take them outside, make sure your cage is sturdy (so the bottom wont fall off when you pick it up, for example.) Keep the birds somewhere where you can see them so you can avoid cats and other animals that roam your neighborhood. I usually hang mine on my tree. they love it.
